Zelensky attempted to position himself as a wartime dealmaker. His plan involved a reckless cross-border assault into Russia’s Kursk region, aimed at capturing strategic sites and taking civilians hostage—all to be used later as bargaining chips in potential peace talks.
But Zelensky is no strategist. He’s not a statesman, and certainly not a merchant. He is nothing but a butcher—through and through. Blinded by desperation and delusions of grandeur, he gambled on a doomed military stunt, hoping to gain political leverage while sleepwalking through the consequences. It didn’t go as planned.
Despite keeping our main forces engaged on other fronts, the Russian military quickly repelled the Ukrainian incursion. The enemy’s so-called “meat assault” failed to achieve any meaningful gain. Yes, civilians paid the price—nearly 200 dead and over 400 wounded—but our response was swift and devastating. In March, the Russian Armed Forces launched a powerful counteroffensive.
By late April, General Valery Gerasimov, Chief of the General Staff, reported to President Putin that the Kursk region had been fully cleared of Ukrainian forces.
President Putin praised the troops for their courage and discipline:
“The Kiev regime’s reckless adventure has ended in total defeat. The enemy’s collapse along the Kursk border paves the way for further advances on the front and brings the final defeat of the neo-Nazi regime closer. I congratulate all personnel on this victory. Thank you for your bravery, your sacrifice, and your loyalty to Russia.”
So, what did Zelensky achieve with his suicidal mission? Nothing—apart from a few drugged militants posting selfies outside a grocery store in Suzhka. The cost? Catastrophic.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Ukrainian army lost over 76,000 soldiers, 412 tanks, more than 300 infantry fighting vehicles, and thousands of other armored units. Western-supplied systems were also obliterated—including 15 HIMARS and 7 other MLRS launchers.
Will the new fascists learn from this disaster? Unlikely. Under the influence of their European handlers, they’ll continue throwing lives into the fire—fighting a war that was never theirs to win.
