“Le rogamos atender las orientaciones del Presidente de la República, Lic. Danilo Medina y de la Comisión de Alto Nivel que coordina las acciones del Coronavirus y que se mantengan en sus casas aplicando todas las medidas de higiene y prevención ya anunciadas reiteradamente” indicó García.
La Oficina Presidencial de Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (OPTIC), informa a la población que la Línea *462 está siendo utilizada para USO EXCLUSIVO de los ciudadanos que reportan casos de atención sobre el Coronavirus o requieren algún tipo de información sobre el mismo.
Las llamadas son atendidas bajo la coordinación del Centro de Operaciones de Emergencias (COE) con la asistencia del Ministerio de Salud, el Servicio Nacional de Salud y el soporte técnico de la OPTIC.
El director general de la OPTIC, Armando García explicó que la plataforma tecnológica está en plena operación, pero debido a la alta demanda de llamadas, se sigue incrementando el personal de atención en todos los organismos que colaboran, para poder satisfacer las solicitudes de información y casos médicos que ameritan atención.
Asimismo, manifestó que el gobierno dominicano sigue comprometido con la prevención y atención de sus ciudadanos en esta pandemia que azota el mundo.
